Triathlon training

March-August

 This program will teach more advanced athletes how to handle high intensity along with some of the finer points of  triathlon race strategy.

 

Triathlons are as much a mental as a physical challenge, and this program will be designed to push your limits! 

 

This program will:

  • focus on sprint, olympic, or half Ironman distances

  • meet once a week for a group workout and provide a training plan with weekly workout suggestions depending on goal distance

 

Requirements: Triathlon experience – sprint distance past performance of 1hr 40min or better suggested; must have a road bike, be injury free, and be able to swim 1500 meters, bike 30 miles, and run 7 miles.
