The bike fitting process includes:
interview on how current fit feels, what riding goals you have and any body considerations
body analysis from feet to head to hands to determine how the “normal” fit may need to be flexed
baseline data collected with measurements of the body and what power/wattage is produced at an endurance effort
adjustments are made to improve feel and power
future progression of fit is recommended
