Are you ready to commit to change? TFP has developed a weight loss program that has proven results. In order to help you achieve your healthy weight loss goal, the program will offer a weekly workout, weekly log, Calorie logging and personal coaching. In order to participate, you must already own a Device that measures Calorie Burn or buy one. Expect to be pushed and held accountable.
