I - Can - tri

April-June

This Program is designed for those either doing their first TRI or still new to the sport.

 

​

The program will include:

​

  • 8 week program

​

  • 1 sessions a week

​

  • weekly training checklist to be prepared for the next session and a Sprint TRI

​

  • swim, bike, run, transition and fueling coaching

​

​

​

Requirements: You will need to have your own swim suit, goggles, safe bike, approved helmet and running shoes.

​
